• Frame is all steel construction from 3" x 5" tubing with four cross braces.

• Platform covered with 3/4" x #10 expanded metal for traction and cleanliness.

• Full Fenders of 12-gauge steel, top covered with expanded metal.

• Storage compartment 56" x 18" x 16", located on front of 17' & 20' trailers. Other storage area built into catwalk.

• Hitch 2 5/16" ball with jack stand. Pintle hitch on request.

• Robot transport area available on 17' & 20' trailers.

Bomb Tube

• Tube: Double wall 5/8 high-grade steel with full bottom. Outside tank diameter is 42". Inside tank diameter is 34".

Battery

• Battery: 12v deep cycle battery located built-in battery box in catwalk. 1 1/2 amp battery conditioner and 120v panel outlet. Master switch and identification light.

Lighting System

• Electrical includes eight clearance, four stop/turn and three halogen flashing warning lights.

• Lighting system LED.

Hoist

• Foldaway elbow action with 360° swivel base, snap-lock pulleys and electric cable winch with 50' cable. Includes pendant station with 100' cord.

Axles and Wheels

• Axles: Dual Torflex axles to meet 12,000 G.V.W. Electric brakes on both axles.

• Tires & Wheels: Radial tires with 16" 8-hole wheels.

Painting

• Paint: Our trailers are Sandblasted and then Powder Coated in a choice of colors for a long lasting durable finish.
